a return policy because all of our products are being energized in
Vedic/Traditional Mantras with the individual name with the blessings of God.
After energization, the product gets attached to the concerned person, so other
people could not use that as per Indian Ancient Scriptures. It shall be the
buyer's responsibility to inform us in whose name the rudraksha(s) / Gemstones
/ Yantra shall be energised. You can mention the name of the wearer in the
comments section while placing an order. It is suggested to our customer to
order any product from us after your 100% satisfaction. We provide genuine and
original products from our end. We deal in only authentic and original
products. We display photographs / videos of our products on the web site,
which could be seen by the prospective customers and get themselves fully
satisfy. We send each product and Lab Certificate wherever mentioned on the
website, and our packaging is very strongly protected.
We feel it appropriate to caution that who takes the return of
the spiritual products once purchased, those companies resell the same
products, which might negatively affect both the persons because re-energizing
any product could not be possible in other individual names.
Other various reasons, such as the nature of the product or
service (Our products are for personalized use), the cost of processing
refunds, and the risk of fraud or abuse (Some customers may abuse the refund
policy by making false claims or returning damaged or used items, which can be

We give actual beads on the websites. Cancellation of products
from the customer is not possible if once an order is placed.

whole received amount against the order's cancellation if the cancellation is
made from our end due to inevitable reasons.
