Our Products Are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

spiritual products intended solely for personal use.
Due to the nature of these products and the hygiene, verification, and business
safeguards involved, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible once an
order is placed.

is a clear and transparent explanation.

Product Authenticity & Verification
Each
Rudraksha and related product we sell is a natural, one-of-a-kind item.
Unlike manufactured goods, no two Rudraksha are identical.
To
ensure authenticity:
- Wherever
applicable, lab certificates and verification reports are issued
specifically for the supplied product.
- X-ray
testing and other verification, when offered, are
conducted for that exact piece.
- Once an order is
dispatched, the product is considered final for that transaction
and cannot be reassigned or exchanged.
Because
the product supplied is unique and already verified, it cannot be
replaced with another piece without changing the nature and identity of the
item originally purchased.
2.
Product Inspection, Safe Dispatch & Transit Damage Reporting
Every
product is carefully inspected for authenticity, quality, and physical
condition before dispatch. Only products that meet our quality standards
are packed and shipped.
- Each item is securely
packed using appropriate protective materials, suitable for natural
and fragile products.
- Orders are
dispatched only through reputed and reliable logistics service
providers to ensure safe delivery.
In
the unlikely event of visible damage during transit, customers must:
- Notify
us within 24 hours of delivery, and
- Provide a clear
and uninterrupted unboxing video, starting from the sealed package
and showing the entire opening process, along with clear images
of the damaged product.
Claims
without an unboxing video or reported after the specified time period
will not be considered.

Hygiene, Health & Personal-Use Considerations
Rudraksha
and similar items are classified as personal-use and body-contact products.
Even
if a customer believes the product was “not used”:
- Once delivered, there
is no reliable way to verify non-usage.
- Natural beads
are porous and can absorb moisture, air exposure, skin contact, or
environmental contaminants immediately upon handling.
- Such items cannot
be disinfected or reconditioned without damaging their natural
structure.
- There is a
potential risk of fungal growth, skin irritation, allergen exposure, or
contamination, even without visible signs of use.
For
health and safety reasons, personal spiritual items cannot be accepted back
once delivered.

Business Ethics & Fraud Prevention
A
strict no-return policy is necessary to protect genuine customers and ensure
fair practices:
- Returned
products may be tampered with, altered, or substituted, which
cannot always be detected.
- There is a risk
of temporary usage for ceremonies, events, or special occasions.
- Once a product
leaves our custody, its originality, condition, and integrity cannot be

Product Integrity & Natural Characteristics

products are natural and non-manufactured, which means:
- Each Rudraksha
is naturally unique — exact replacements are impossible.
- Malas and
bracelets are prepared in specific sizes and formats, making reuse
impractical.
- In a capped
Rudraksha, a permanent hole is created in the bead for fitting the cap.
This mark remains permanently and alters the bead’s original structure. - Even normal
handling can cause minute, invisible changes that affect long-term
durability.
Once
delivered, the product cannot be restored to its original, untouched state.

Payments, Charges & Logistics
Please
note:
- Payment
gateway charges, bank charges, GST, currency conversion fees, and
transaction costs are levied by third-party service
providers.
- These charges
are non-refundable in all situations, even if an order cannot
proceed.
- Processing a
return involves logistics, documentation, compliance, and
administrative costs that often exceed the product value.
For
these reasons, refunds or reversals are not feasible.
