Spiritual and Traditional Significance

Classical Rudraksha texts, including the Shiva Purana, describe the 6 Mukhi as a bead presided over by Kartikeya, also known as Murugan or Skanda. Traditional devotees believe its use supports focus, determination, and effective communication. It is also traditionally considered favourable for those in educational pursuits. These beliefs are rooted in ancient spiritual tradition, not claims supported by scientific research.

Traditional Wearing and Use Guidance

For daily use in worship, this bead is typically energised with Panchamrit (milk, honey, curd, ghee, and water) followed by 108 repetitions of "Om Hreem Hoom Namah." Worn on a red silk or copper-wire thread at the chest, it is considered auspicious for daily puja practice. Some practitioners remove it before sleep, following traditional protocols.

Disclaimer: All spiritual and traditional associations mentioned are based on classical Hindu texts and oral traditions passed down through generations.
