As per Shiva Purana, Rudraksha, with two mukh, is Isha(The Lord of Devas). Rudraksha rapidly quells the sin of cow slaughter. It bestows the satisfaction of all desires.

As per Padma Purana, the two Mukhi Rudraksha is the god of gods (devadevo). The bearer of two Rudraksha mukhi absolves himself of all sins committed, including killing a cow and eternally obtaining heaven.

As per Rudraksha Jabal Upanishad, Mantra Maharnava, and Nirnayasindhu, two mukhi Rudraksha is Lord Ardhanarisvara (i.e., half Lord Shiva and half Goddess Parvati). It removes the sin of cow slaughter.
